Year-end window This year's options close on December 31. The practical deadline is earlier.

For owners who paid $30,000 or more in tax last year

In 3 business days, I find you $5,000 a year in tax savings. You don't pay me a dollar.

If I can't find it, I pay you $100. It takes last year's return and twenty minutes with me. Then every dollar, every form and every deadline, in writing.

What actually arrives

This is the document. Not a description of it.

Every firm describes its free review. Here are all four pages of mine.

Page one: identified annual savings, and what the current setup costs per quarter
01 What your setup costs you, per quarter
Page two: each strategy with its dollar figure, the paperwork it needs and its deadline
02 Every strategy, its paperwork, its date
Page three: the implementation timeline mapped backward from December 31

Page four: the strategies checked and ruled out, with the reason for each

What Atlanta firms publish for tax planning

$2,500 to $10,000a year, at their own published rates

$0

$5,000 a year found, or $100 Claim my free X-RayAbout a minute to book

For owners who paid $30,000 or more in tax last year.

After it, if you want it: the written plan at $2,000 to $4,000 with the 2x guarantee, or the year-round seat: bookkeeping, financial transaction services and tax checked quarterly.

The guarantee

I find it, or the $100 is yours.

Found

It finds $5,000 a year or more?

You keep every dollar of it, in writing, whether you ever hire me or not.

Not found

It finds less than $5,000 a year?

Then you did not need me. I send you $100, and you keep the X-Ray with a straight "change nothing" in it.

Two conditions, both necessary: last year's full return before the call, and one X-Ray per business.

2x

On the paid plan: double its fee in identified savings, or you do not pay for it. The standard at the best Atlanta firms, matched.

How it works

Three steps. One of them is yours.

1

Today

Pick a time, send the return

A few taps, then a time. Last year's return goes over before the call.

2

20 minutes

I read it with you

On a screen share. I read it before we start, so the time goes on what I found.

3

Within 3 business days

The written X-Ray arrives

Every line, every dollar, every deadline, and what I ruled out. Yours to keep.

Who does this

Fourteen years inside the tax code, and one phone number.

Fourteen years of reading returns, most prepared by somebody competent who was never paid to ask whether the structure underneath was right. You always talk to the person who read yours.

  • Tax strategy
  • Bookkeeping
  • Financial transaction services

Said plainly. Not a CPA firm, and nothing here says otherwise. Not a resolution shop either. If you need an audited statement or representation in front of the IRS, you need a license for that, and I will tell you so.

Straight answers

The questions owners actually ask.

What is the catch on free?
Arithmetic. Most owners who see a written number they did not know about want the plan that captures it. Some do not, and they keep the document anyway.
Why would you pay me $100?
Because the free step is where this industry wastes your time: a form, a callback, a pitch. If your return is not hiding $5,000 a year, that cost should land on me, not you.
What if you find less than $5,000?
I send you $100, and you keep the written X-Ray. It counts the estimated tax savings identified in writing. Two conditions, both necessary: I need last year's full return before the call, and it is one X-Ray per business.
Are you a CPA or EA?
We partner with CPA and EA firms. I read your return and build the plan, and anything that needs a license goes to one of those partners, or stays with your own accountant if you prefer.
Do I have to leave my current accountant?
No, and most people should not. The X-Ray runs on the return they already filed for you, and it is written so they can act on it.
Is this going to turn into a sales call?
No. One call, then the document. If you want the plan, you reply to the email. Nobody phones you.

The whole ask

Last year's return, and twenty minutes.

Either there is money in it, or you get that in writing and $100 for your time. The practical deadline for this year is closer to the end of November.
